The HEDDphone TWO uses ultra-light materials and features an upgraded strap system, letting you personalize height, width, curvature, and clamping pressure, making it more comfortable for prolonged use. The Air Motion Transformer has also been refined to deliver more vivid, lifelike audio. 

The result is a HEDDphone that is lighter, more adjustable, and sounds even better. 

What is an AMT driver?

Other types of drivers oscillate back and forth, creating a pressure that is in a 1:1 ratio with the speed of the driver. AMT drivers, however, behave like an accordion, causing air to vibrate by contracting at a ratio of 4:1. This makes an AMT driver significantly faster, more resolving in the high frequency range than other solutions and lightning fast in terms of transient response and decay.
