Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from levelaudio.it. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
How to return an item
- Email us at shop@levelaudio.it with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll confirm your return by email and provide return instructions.
- Pack the product carefully, ideally in its original packaging, and send it to the return address we provide.
Return period
Items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods within this period.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the costs.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- customized or made-to-order products,
- opened or used hygiene items (e.g. ear pads, in-ear headphones).
Alternatively, you can request a return conveniently online via your account (order history).
