We deliver to all EU countries, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Every order is shipped with DHL Express and fully insured. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery within the EU usually takes about 3–4 business days, and about one week to the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Invoice and VAT
Prices
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. VAT is shown separately on the invoice. Exception: for deliveries to the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates (export), no Italian VAT is charged, so at checkout you pay the price without VAT. Import VAT and customs duties are payable by the recipient.
Invoice
If you pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will receive the invoice as a PDF by email with the payment confirmation. Whatever the payment method, you can also download it at any time once payment has been received: in your
customer account or, if you ordered as a guest, via
guest order tracking.
Business customers in the EU: reverse charge
If you are ordering as a business for delivery to an EU country other than Italy, tick “I am ordering as a company” in the delivery address and enter your VAT number. When the address is saved, we check the number in the EU’s VIES register. If it is valid, no VAT is charged on your order and the invoice carries the reverse-charge note. For deliveries to Italy, VAT is always charged.
Returns
30-day returns, free return shipping within the EU
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping from Italy and all other EU countries is free of charge. For returns from the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, you bear the cost of return shipping, including any customs duties and charges.
