The ÆON 2 Closed is the closed-back sibling of Dan Clark Audio’s celebrated ÆON line—built for listeners who want top-tier sound with proper isolation.

Its planar magnetic driver is rotated by 180° to reduce rear airflow turbulence, delivering a cleaner, more controlled presentation with excellent precision.

Drawing on experience from the ETHER 2, the ÆON 2 Closed was redesigned from the ground up. A modernized magnet structure and optimized damping materials provide higher resolution, lower distortion, and very refined dynamics.

Sonically, it blends powerful, warm bass with natural mids and finely detailed treble—while maintaining an impressively spacious, immersive stage for a closed-back design. Perfect for focused listening at home, in the studio, or on the go.

A NiTinol (nickel-titanium memory metal) headband adds stability and flexibility. The ergonomic gimbal design enhances comfort, and the folding mechanism boosts portability. The included hard-shell travel case protects both headphones and cable while saving space in your bag.
