Featuring a new “Pinna-Aligned” driver, the Final Audio D7000 joins the flagship D-Series beside the D8000. It showcases Japanese engineering precision in the pursuit of natural, high-fidelity sound.

Redesigned Driver & AFDS System

The patented AFDS (Air Film Damping System) has been fully re-engineered with a new hole diameter, revised punching pattern and removed front magnet, achieving a 70 % larger diaphragm aperture. The result: balanced, natural sound with deep bass and smooth treble, while reducing overall weight by about 16 % compared with the D8000 series.

Pinna-Aligned Diffuser

Inspired by acoustic diffusion in professional studios, the new Pinna-Aligned Diffuser was developed through extensive simulations and listening tests. Its shape adapts to various ear contours, ensuring consistent imaging and natural spatial balance for every listener.

Balanced Tonal Performance

The AFDS system eliminates diaphragm bottoming, enabling deep, open bass even with breathable earpads. A lightweight aluminium diaphragm—about one-third the mass of conventional dynamic drivers—delivers speed, clarity and delicacy in the high frequencies.

Materials & Comfort

A rigid aluminium-magnesium alloy frame provides structural precision and resonance control. Washi earpads and headband ensure breathability, durability and long-term comfort. All key parts are screw-mounted for easy service and longevity.

Built entirely at Final’s Kawasaki headquarters with in-house tooling and meticulous QC – Made in Japan. Supplied with a hard Travel Sentry case featuring a lock and dedicated cable compartment. The D7000 invites you to rediscover every piece of music anew.
