Motivo is a streamer. It combines the powerful ESS Sabre 9038 DAC with a custom connection co-developed with Amanero Technologies. Volumio’s OS optimizations then orchestrate this carefully chosen component set to extract the best sound from Motivo’s analog outputs—delivering impressive detail and musical realism.

Motivo is a transport. It integrates—and improves upon—the same technology found in Rivo. With a mix of dedicated reclocking, galvanic isolation, and separate power rails for each digital output, Motivo is designed to get maximum performance from virtually any DAC. It also features I2S over HDMI and stands out by supporting all major protocols and pinouts.

Motivo is a dual headphone amplifier. Its no-compromise headphone stage is built for almost any setup. The integrated Texas Instruments TPA6120A2 is powered by a dual-rail linear regulator and provides two optimized outputs: one for high-impedance headphones and one for low-impedance headphones. Modern streaming plus serious amplification—ready for unforgettable listening sessions.

Motivo blends striking looks with intuitive interaction. With a simple swipe or tap, you browse your music library as if flipping through vinyl or CDs. Motivo also integrates seamlessly with Volumio’s mobile apps and web interface, so you can control your music easily—how and when you want.
