The Full Score one is a universal headphone amplifier built without compromise, using only high-end or military-grade components. Its proprietary True Transient Technology (TTT) delivers instantaneous transients and preserves every detail even in the most demanding passages.
The circuit is fully discrete with no integrated circuits in the signal path. A high-end volume potentiometer with a custom curve allows precise adjustment even at low listening levels without the need for a gain switch. Ahead of the volume control a high-speed, high-impedance JFET buffer keeps the capacitive load on the source minimal and provides strong immunity to radio-frequency interference.
The compact metal chassis features a distinctive layout: the large volume knob forms the right edge of the front panel, followed by two 6.35 mm outputs, a 4-pin XLR hidden behind a small flap, the power switch and the dedicated TTT button. With one press the TTT supplies lightning-fast energy for the sharpest transients, but it can be disengaged when listening to older recordings.
The linear power supply is generously dimensioned to provide stable energy even when more than one pair of headphones is connected. Acting like a low-noise power amplifier, the Full Score one drives low-impedance headphones from 10 Ω and high-impedance, low-sensitivity models up to 600 Ω with ease.
A wideband, fully balanced voltage-feedback circuit with a triple emitter follower Class-B output stage, high-speed complementary push-pull gain stage and parallel differential cascaded input keeps total harmonic distortion (THD) extremely low across the entire frequency range, ensuring every nuance of the recording is preserved.
