Streamer, DAC, integrated amplifier and phono preamp in one box
The Eversolo Play combines a network streamer, hi-res DAC, Class-D integrated amplifier and phono preamp in a single, remarkably compact chassis – built for anyone wanting a complete, high-quality setup driving speakers directly, with as few boxes in the rack as possible.
At its heart is AKM's AK4493SEQ with Velvet Sound™ technology, handling PCM up to 768 kHz/32-bit and DSD512, and feeding the downstream Class-D amplifier at 60 watts into 8 Ω or 110 watts into 4 Ω. The built-in phono input covers both MM (5 mV, 60 dB gain) and MC cartridges (0.5 mV, 74 dB gain) with RIAA accuracy of ±0.5 dB – so your turntable no longer needs its own phono stage.
The Play is controlled via a 5.5-inch colour touchscreen and the free Eversolo Control app, backed up by an HDMI ARC connection, a trigger output, and a built-in parametric equaliser plus room correction. Streaming integration runs deep: TIDAL, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Deezer and Radio Paradise play natively, complemented by Roon Ready for anyone already running a Roon system.
Anyone who also wants to play CDs, or rip them straight to the network, will find the right extension in the otherwise identical Eversolo Play CD Edition with its built-in optical drive. Anyone after more output power, balanced outputs, or a separate preamp/power-amp solution is better served by the DMP-A series paired with an external amplifier.
