Features
All-metal enclosure
Atom Amp 2 is housed in an aluminium chassis with a grippy metal volume knob. The anodised finish can be personalised with a custom engraving at no charge — add text or artwork in the cart.
Serious power
While most headphones only need milliwatts, Atom Amp 2’s Okto buffers deliver over 2.6 W per channel of exceptionally clean, low-distortion output.
Two inputs, two outputs
Atom Amp 2 replaces the need for a separate headphone amp and preamp. Connect up to two sources and switch between 3.5 mm and RCA at the press of a button. On the front, you’ll find both 6.35 mm (¼") and 4.4 mm headphone outputs for convenience.
Preamp outputs
When you unplug your headphones from the ¼" output, Atom Amp 2’s volume control can regulate the RCA preamp outputs — a great way to control the volume of active speakers.
Dual gain
Low gain at 1.0× with hand-matched potentiometers is ideal for sensitive IEMs. High gain, paired with the matching 2 VRMS Atom DAC 2, confidently drives demanding full-size headphones.
Top performance
Beyond transparent, Atom Amp 2 achieves the lowest noise floor of any Atom Amp so far, thanks to a 4-layer, star-ground layout and the Okto buffer stage.
