Not everyone lives near our listening room in Bari. That is why you can try headphones at home for up to 30 days: on your own system, with your own music, for example comparing two models side by side. Other equipment on request.

How it works

The home trial step by step

  1. Ask for a device
    Send us a message on WhatsApp or by email telling us which headphones you would like to try, up to two at a time. Other equipment on request.
  2. Deposit and shipping
    New customers pay the deposit like a normal order in the shop; existing customers try without a deposit. Shipping to you is added.
  3. Up to 30 days of listening
    You have 30 days from delivery. Listen at your leisure on your own system and with your own music, with no obligation to buy.
  4. Return or keep
    If it is not for you, send the device back with the return label we provide, and we refund any deposit you have paid. If you would like to keep it, you pay the purchase price minus any deposit within 14 days.
Conditions

The conditions at a glance

  • Devices: Headphones, other equipment on request. Up to two devices at a time.
  • Existing customers: Anyone who has ordered from us before can try without a deposit.
  • Deposit: For new customers 50% of the purchase price, paid like a normal order in the shop. It is refunded as soon as the device has arrived back with us and has been checked.
  • Shipping: Shipping to you is charged at the shop's usual shipping rates, see Shipping & Payment. We send you the return label.
  • Trial period: 30 days from delivery. If you do not want to keep the device, please send it back within this period.
  • Return: Complete and in the original packaging. Any damage will be charged.
  • Keeping it: You pay the purchase price minus any deposit within 14 days.
  • Countries: Within the EU only, not to the United Kingdom or the United Arab Emirates.
