ZMF Ori Pads

ZMF Ori Pads are designed for a direct, punchy, and immediate presentation. They are ZMF’s compact round pad: smaller in diameter than the Universe or Auteur pads, but slightly taller.

Direct and Immediate

Despite the name, these are not the pads of the current Ori 3.0, which uses ZMF’s Caldera pads. ZMF recommends the Ori pad for its closed-back Atticus, where it sits between the brighter Universe and the warmer Eikon pads.

Sound elements feel tangible and engaging – ideal for listeners who prefer energy and involvement.

Punch and Dynamics

The compact design enhances bass perception and physical impact. Transients are delivered more directly, resulting in a lively and powerful sound.

At the same time, control is maintained, keeping the presentation focused and precise rather than overwhelming.

Sound Tuning by Material

In our shop these pads are currently available in perforated lambskin; other materials on request. ZMF’s rule of thumb: lambskin sounds warmer and slightly peakier, suede more neutral, and hybrid pads sit in between.

Comfort & Build

Constructed from high-density memory foam and premium materials, Ori Pads offer excellent comfort despite their more compact form. They conform naturally to the head and provide a secure fit even during long sessions.

The flexible mounting system ensures easy installation on many large over-ear headphones.
