Shape-retaining RCA pair by JDS Labs, 15 cm – made for the stacked Atom stack
JDS Labs developed these cables for its own Atom stack: 15 cm is exactly the length that Atom DAC 2 and Atom Amp 2 need when stacked, without a loop hanging behind the units. They fit any other compact DAC/amp combination just as well.
The special part is the cable material: it is semi-rigid. Bent into shape, it stays that way – it doesn't pull on the sockets and doesn't push the lightweight units out of place. JDS recommends bending the cables into the desired shape before connecting. Ships as a pair, one red and one white cable, with 24-karat gold-plated RCA connectors.
